we are all such idealistic fools. In the real world there is no perfect love, no complete understanding, no one to truly hear these words that you speak on the stage on your own. There is just last night after last night, of giving the love that can never be returned. People come and people go, some walk with us for a while, others pass fleetingly. In the end, when life is through, we're all on our own again.

anyway, would like to take this oportunity to comment that Zhi Zun is really nice~ whoo~ although it isn't historically correct since Madam Wu is supposed to be cruel and strangely corrupted. in this show, she is portrayed as an innocent young girl and in the process of being China's first and only female emperor, loses everything close to her. TT.TT aww.

ever heard some insane banter about how sacred trust is in a relationship? I think this sacred trust was kinda breached today. I think, the main reason I refused to lend my mp3 player to her was because A) no guarantee I would get it back in the short term (sudden memory of various cds still with her after 3 yearas) B) no guarantee she would take extremely good care of it C) none of my songs are to her taste, so what's the point? D) didn't think they would stay in school long enough to wait for my release (this proved correct). Naturally, if I'd lent my player, it would not be with me now and technically, at her house. In long run, when her memory problem acts up, it would no longer be mine, and instead, a permanent resident in her house. I cannot, and will not let this happen. My player is one of my many possessions i deem more precious than my life. I cannot let my life become a permanent resident in someone else's house. if this little lending incident is enough to cause a breakdown, then i suppose this friendship wasn't even worthy of cherishing in the first place. besides, it already was a little rocky in the first place, in addition to my recent mood phase in which i am almost numb to all happenings. It would not be a happy ending. I feel much better after listing all my reasons out.

as I'm now a Heavenly Sword and Dragon Sabre fan, I shall base some characters in Gothic Crystal on them XD for example, the female lead [Noa, currently] shall have the character of Zhao Min, the Mongolian princess in the show ;P Noa will inherit her wits and intelligence, yet also her determination and fighting spirit. In a way, it's a copy of Zhao Min :)
Kristy a.k.a best friend turned evil, will inherit that of Zhou Zhi Ruo, Leader of the E-mei sect. Bogged down by A LOT of emotional baggage, and paradoxical behavior, a slow agonizing turn to the dark side, at times out of her own will, at times not.
Leon will retain his Squall behavior. Durr.
Celeste will be the bright and free-spirited girl. With Radd, flirtatious, charming.

ok. went to eat seoul for lunch with mother. was a horrible experience. I asked her where the eggs were and she said 'no more eggs la, now cost more to buy an egg than to fly to thailand' before breaking out in GIGGLES. Oh. My. God. *jaw drop, eyeballs fall out* tried to finish the rest of the meal WITHOUT conversation with her.
